The design division at Van Auken Development has been in existence for over 3 years. We have all state of the art equipment to ensure good quality services, and fair pricing. The design division is currently headed up by DeAndre Coke. Together with Paul Van Auken, president of Van Auken Development, they have almost 10 years of architectural drafting experience. We focus on quality service in a timely manner. The design division, among many things, has

• Completed plans for a 21 unit condominium project
• Designed various room additions, ranging from sun rooms to second stories
• Is the main design consultant for Zero's Sub Shops
• Designed buildings to exceed the minimum requirements of local and international building codes to ensure a properly built, safe building
• Designed both stick framed residential homes and steel constructed commercial buildings
• Succeeded in re-evaluating building occupancies to bring buildings up to code
